| Ferritic and Martensitic Stainless Steel Tubes: The most used Duplex Stainless Steel are the 2205 ( UNS S31803, 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N ) (22% Chromium, 5% Nickel) and 2507 ( UNS S32750, 00Cr25Ni7Mo4N ) (25% Chromium, 7% Nickel); the 2507 is also known as "SuperDuplex" due to its higher corrosion resistance. And UNS S32304(00Cr23Ni4N 2304) is also in Magvant's product programme.

Manufacturing Process: Seamless or welded Stainless steel tube with material Austenitic-ferritic stainless steels or duplex steels have been in increasing use because their excellent mechanical qualities, good weldability and their high corrosion resistance. Their excellent resistance to corrosion enables them to withstand a chloride medium, particularly under mechanical stress. Tubings: OD: φ6-219 mm, with wall thickness ranging from 1-35 mm.
Finished goods condition: hot forged/hot rolled + annealing/normalizing + tempering/quenching +tempering/any conditions based on the customer's requirement
Surface conditions: scaled (hot working finish)/ground/rough machining/fine machining/based on the customer's requirement
Furnaces for metallurgical processing: electrode arc + LF/VD/VOD/ESR/Vacuum consumable electrode.
Ultrasonic inspection: 100% ultrasonic inspection for any inperfections or based on the customer's requirement
